Order Cancellation by KIAASA There may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or issues identified by our credit and fraud prevention department. We may also require additional information or verification before accepting any order. We will inform you if the entire order or any portion of your order is cancelled, or if additional information is required to process your order. If your order is cancelled after your credit/debit card has been charged, the amount will be refunded to your card account in accordance with our refund policy. We will seek authorization on your card for the total amount of the order you placed; however, we may charge your card (capture) only for the portion of the order that we can fulfil, along with any applicable shipping charges, taxes, and levies. Any surplus amount, for which we initially sought authorization from your card issuer, will not be captured or charged if not processed within the stipulated time by our Merchant Banker. If, however, any amount is charged in error, we will refund it as soon as it is realized by us or brought to our notice, whichever occurs first. KIAASA reserves the right to capture or charge your card for the full or partially authorized amount of the order as applicable.
CANCELLATION AND CHANGES BY CUSTOMERS If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please send an email to [email protected], and we will make every effort to accommodate your request. However, once an order has been submitted, we cannot guarantee that it can be cancelled or modified. If you receive an incorrect or damaged product in your online order, please contact us within 3 days of receipt, and we will arrange for collection. The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by KIAASA and accepts KIAASA’s decision regarding the cancellation.
NO CASH REFUND No cash refund will be provided. The product can be exchanged for another product on the website or at any store across India.
