If you do not like the fit, colour, or design, simply exchange the product within 3 days of delivery (i.e., within 3 days of the receipt of goods by the customer). Exchange requests need to be raised within 3 days of the receipt of goods by the customer. 2. All exchanged items must be unused, unwashed, and returned with original packaging and tags in place. Items without tags will not be accepted. 3. Shipping charges shall be non-refundable. 4. In case you receive a damaged/defective item, the company should be notified within 12 hours of receipt. Any returned item received by us that does not meet the above-mentioned conditions will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer at their expense. No amount will be reimbursed in this case. 6. Please make sure that the returned items are packed securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. 7. Exchange requests must be raised within 3 days of the receipt of goods by the customer. 8. Shipping fees are calculated based on volumetric weight and the type of product. We make our best effort to send you the products via reliable delivery partners in the shortest possible time.
SHIPPING A shipping fee is applicable on all orders, regardless of value, delivered to any destination within India. For a limited period, we may offer a discount on the shipping fee (up to 100% of the shipping fee). This discount will be displayed on the website on the product page, offers page, or at the checkout page. Free standard shipping is automatically applied to your order after other discounts are applied and before taxes and handling charges are added. In case of a refund due to the return of products for any reason, the standard shipping fee will be deducted from the refund.

DELIVERY OUTSIDE INDIA Currently, we do not deliver any products outside India.

CANCELLATION POLICY 1. Kiaasa.com reserves the right to cancel any order without providing an explanation, in circumstances where the requirement cannot be met. 2. The company will ensure that any communication regarding the cancellation of an order or any applicable refund will be made within a reasonable time.
CASH ON DELIVERY POLICY 1. To avail of the C-O-D service, all items in the cart must be eligible for C-O-D. 2. C-O-D is applicable on a minimum sale value of Rs. 1 and a maximum of Rs. 50,000 only. 3. The pin code provided for Cash on Delivery should be within the serviceable area. If not, an online payment method must be used. 4. You cannot open the box without making the payment at the time of delivery. 5. If the product is opened, do not accept the order. 6. No credit/debit cards are accepted for Cash on Delivery.
CASH BACK & PROMO CODES/COUPONS 1. Cashback promo codes may not be applicable to all products on the website. 2. Special coupons must be redeemed within a limited period, and once expired, their validity cannot be extended. 3. Two offers cannot be combined using the promo code. 4. Kiaasa.com reserves the right to cancel any promotional promo code and the transactions in which they are used (this does not apply to cashback promo codes). 5. Cashback and promo code coupons cannot be combined to avail of an offer at Kiaasa.com. 6. This means that if a promo code is used in an offer, cashback cannot be generated. 7.
