Aprajita Sinha currently serves as a Non-Executive Independent Director at the company and is also the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of a prominent Trust. In her role, she ensures that the Trust’s initiatives align with its overarching vision. Ms. Komal is a Non-Executive Independent Director of the Company. She is a Company Secretary (CS), LL. B and MBA from Amity university bringing and have over 6 years of work experience in Corporate. She is expert in corporate laws, securities laws, and capital markets. She advises the board of directors on corporate governance practices and are responsible for ensuring the company's regulatory compliance. She has good hands over Companies Act, 2013, LLP Act and RBI Act. Her expertise lies in ensuring Corporate Governance throughout the organization and overseeing the legal and regulatory compliance.
