Mr. Sachin Rastogi, Head –  HR & Admin Compliance, oversees the Company’s legal compliance framework, statutory and regulatory obligations and monitoring of applicable laws and regulations.

Mr. Chankya Talwar, Assistant Manager – Legal, supports the department in its day-to-day legal operations, documentation, contractual coordination, and compliance activities.

The Company is further strengthened by the association of Mr. Amit Sharma as Group Legal Advisor, who brings over two decades of experience in high-stakes litigation and legal advisory matters before the Supreme Court of India, various High Courts, the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), and other judicial and quasi-judicial forums. Drawing upon his extensive experience in complex corporate litigation and specialized criminal defence, including matters involving the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI), Enforcement Directorate (ED), Economic Offences Wing (EOW), cybercrime, and economic offences, Mr. Sharma provides strategic guidance on the Company’s corporate legal matters, legal compliance framework, and investor grievance management.
